Welcome to PDFury (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using PDFury, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

PDFury allows users to upload PDF documents, view them, and interact with an AI assistant to ask questions, receive summaries, and collaborate with others.

2. Accounts

  • You must create an account to use PDFury.
  • You agree to provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or copyrighted content.
  • Use the service to spam, harass, or violate laws.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

Uploaded content remains your responsibility. We are not liable for what you upload.

4. Uploaded Content

  • You retain ownership of files you upload.
  • By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them in order to provide the service.
  • We may review uploads for development, moderation, or abuse prevention.

5. AI-Generated Answers

  • The AI may generate inaccurate or misleading information.
  • PDFury provides no guarantees on accuracy or suitability of AI outputs.
  • Do not rely on PDFury for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • A free version is available so you can try before subscribing.
  • All paid subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

7. Availability & Data Loss

  • PDFury is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We are not responsible for outages, bugs, loss or corruption of data, or account issues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. No Warranties / Limitation of Liability

  • PDFury is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you access PDFury from outside Ukraine, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
